Jerry Wienand of Wienand & Bagin concentrates his practice in the area of family law. He has twenty years of experience handling cases involving divorces, custody and child support, alimony and property distribution. In addition to being an experience family law litigator, Jerry is a trained Collaborative Divorce attorney.

Mr. Wienand is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association's Family Law Section,and serves on the Bar Association's Support Guidelines Committee and is actively involved in revising the Pennsylvania Child Support Guidelines.

Jerry Wienand has been practicing law since 1983.  Jerry’s practice is concentrated in:

Before entering the practice of law, Jerry managed the largest non-union plumbing contracting firm in western Pennsylvania.
