Christian Bagin is a partner at the firm of Wienand & Bagin. Mr. Bagin began working for Wienand & Bagin in 1997 as a law clerk and joined the firm as an attorney in private practice in 2000.
Mr. Bagin's practice is exclusively employment-related and concentrated in litigating plaintiffs' employment discrimination claims and defending select employers who are committed to preventing and eliminating discriminatory practices and treatment. He is an NLSA Pro Bono Unemployment Compensation advocate 1999-present. Mr. Bagin’s commitment to community service is also evidenced by his volunteer effort with the veterans call-in with KDKA, and the ACBA in 2006 and as an Attorney General Advocate on Internet safety for the Office for Operation Safe Surf.
